Our telehealth is provider-mediated. Nothing here is sold to you directly. Every treatment follows the same three-step path, and a licensed provider always reviews your intake first — on purpose, and without exception.
Three steps, and they only run one way.
Each step hands off to the next only when it should. You share, a clinician decides, and — only if a provider prescribes — a pharmacy prepares. There is no way to skip ahead.
You begin with a private consultation request: your contact details, state of residence, the compounds you're curious about, and the goals or health context behind your interest. This is a request to be evaluated — not an order, and not a purchase.
Nothing is charged and nothing is dispensed at this stage. You are simply asking to be evaluated, and you can be as detailed as you like — the more a provider knows, the better their review.
An independent, licensed provider reviews what you've shared to decide whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you. They may follow up for more information. If treatment isn't right for you, they'll say so — that is a normal outcome, and part of good care.
The decision belongs to the provider, not to Royal Empire Supply and not to an algorithm. A provider may ask follow-up questions, may recommend you speak with your own physician first, or may decide not to prescribe at all.
Only when a provider issues a prescription does a licensed compounding pharmacy prepare and ship your medication. Royal Empire Supply is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medication. Eligibility is never guaranteed, and availability varies by state.
The pharmacy step exists only downstream of a provider's decision. If no prescription is issued, nothing is prepared and nothing is shipped — there is no way to reach this step without a clinician's sign-off.
The order is the safeguard.
The steps aren't a queue you wait through — they're a structure that keeps a real clinician between you and any decision about your care. That is the entire point of building it this way.
